SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS unless prior arrangements have been made. If in Missouri and able to make a trip to our area we are happy for you to pick up your order and forgo any and all shipping charges. Please make an appointment to do this as we do not have an actual storefront for our toys.
General delivery time is 4-14 days, in the event of payment by check (either paper or electronic) we will wait until check has cleared to ship product. In cases of large items or back orders we will notify you of any predicted delays in your order.
Shipping costs are actual on all emailed orders or orders by phone. Any order over $100 will automatically receive free shipping.
RETURNS
We accept returns only in the event that the product delivered to you is defective upon receipt. Return request must be made within 36 hours of receipt of product. We do not reuse or resell any returned products.
Returns will be handled with either store credit or replacement of equal item only.
