To order until the cart is fixed please email the order to us personally at iirbsinc@gmail.com or iirbsinc@aol.com with your shipping address or you can call in your order to 660-707-5472 if no answer leave a voice mail of your order and shipping address. We can still invoice you with actual shipping charges instead of table rate shipping through paypal. DO NOT ENTER CREDIT CARD INFO ON EMAIL ORDER. We will invoice you within 24 hours of emailing order and you can pay securely through paypal. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Toys on this site are designed by IIRBS, Inc and are made by volunteers at the rescue.
Toys are made with bird safe products in a bird free, smoke free zone, but no toy can be 100% safe. Please know how your bird plays, watch your bird during play with new toys, remove unsafe bird toys and keep toys size appropriate for your bird/s.
We hope you enjoy our toys, they have all been tested by the birds in the rescue and are only sold if they are birdy approved!
If you are having trouble making a decision on toys for your bird we are more than happy to help. Give us a price range, a bird type and past likes or dislikes and we can help you out. We can fit an order to your needs and price. Just contact us on the contact page and let us know how we can assist you.
We can also do a "surprise package" with custom made toys especially for your parrot or adapt existing toylines to your parrots likes or dislikes. If your parrot would rather no plastic and you like a toy pictured with plastic parts we can change it to all wood. If your bird likes more shreddables or softer wood but you like the design of one of the hardwood toys we can adapt it to your needs (although you may have to give us 2-3 days extra for production). If we do not have a toy you are looking for send us a picture or let us know what you would like in a toy and we will try to meet your needs and/or price range.
